Google has officially confirmed its Made by Google 2025 hardware event for August 20 in New York City. The event kicks off at 10 AM ET and will be livestreamed globally, making it one of the most anticipated dates in the consumer tech calendar.

This year, Google is expected to double down on its integration of AI and Gemini services into its hardware, powered by the next-generation Tensor 5 chip.

Here’s a breakdown of what to expect:

Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro

Google’s flagship phone series, the Pixel 10, is tipped to feature even better camera capabilities, powered by Tensor 5 and new AI-driven editing tools. Leaks suggest an upgraded 48 MP ultrawide camera, improved battery life, and slimmer bezels.

The Pixel 10 Pro and rumored Pixel 10 Pro XL could also bring a higher refresh rate display and more RAM for heavy multitasking.

Pixel Fold 2

After the modest success of the first Pixel Fold, Google is reportedly ready to launch the Pixel Fold 2 with improved hinge durability, a thinner design, and better multitasking features on the foldable display.

Pixel Watch 4

The next iteration of Google’s smartwatch, the Pixel Watch 4, is expected to bring Gemini-powered health insights, longer battery life, and possibly a larger display option.

Pixel Buds 2a

For audiophiles, Google may also launch the Pixel Buds 2a, a more affordable version of its popular wireless earbuds, with improved noise cancellation and longer play time.

AI Integration and Ecosystem

One overarching theme is clear: AI will play an even bigger role across devices. Expect deeper Gemini AI integration throughout the hardware lineup, offering smarter voice controls, predictive suggestions, and advanced image/video editing right on the device.
